c2c, a part of National Express had just been award a 15 year contract renewal. As well as saying thank you to its customers, it was keen to use this milestone to encourage its core base of commuters to travel at the weekend.
With so many people only using the train for work, we wanted to show people how different it feels to leave the car at home, and enjoy the discounts, offers and destinations of off-peak travel.
'What a Difference the Train Makes' told this story, while also pointing out how c2c was going to be making a difference to its customers in the coming years. Clear branding, original photography and well-crafted advertising brought it to life.
